The Company

Angel Lane Hatter Street Management Company Ltd is the Landlord and owner of the freehold for the property located at 24 Angel Lane and 3 Hatter Street in Bury St Edmunds.  â€‹Run by the Board of Directors, the Company is responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations of the property as well as the long-term planning and maintenance for the building and communal areas.

The Company was established in 2018 and took over the management of the property in 2024.

The next Board of Directors Meeting and AGM will be held in October, 2025.

The Town

The Property

Located within the Medieval grid, in the heart of the historic town center, the property at 24 Angel Lane & 3 Hatter Street is a unique conversion of an elegant Grade II listed three-story building with a long and colourful history.​ Originally a house dating back to the early 19th century, the building was converted from law offices to a block of four high end apartments in 2017.

The apartments are accessed from Angel Lane, via a shared drive which in turn leads to a private car park with one allocated parking space per apartment.​ Each apartment has a private outdoor space such as a balcony, terrace, or courtyard, as well as its own external storage area and access to a communal cellar.
